Wicomico County Public Schools | EFMP FY2026 Figure 7 The total home school population drastically increased in 2020-2021 due to COVID but over the past 5 years has remained relatively stable, 2024-2025 total is 926, (see figures 6 & 7). A large portion of the home school students are of elementary age (40%). The breakdown for middle and high school percentages are 28% and 32%.
