Wicomico County Public Schools | EFMP FY2027 Figure 7 The total home school population drastically increased in 2020-2021 due to COVID and over the past 5 years has remained relatively stable at the higher level, 2025-2026 total is 942, (see figures 6 & 7). A large portion of the home school students are of elementary age (42%). The breakdown for middle and high school percentages are 26% and 32% respectively.
