The projects are broken down into four sub-categories; Capital Maintenance (Systemic Renovation) (1 system), Addition / Renovation (more than 1 system), Renewal / Replacement (major renovation resulting in a facility FCI of 15% or lower as estimated by the IAC and replacement schools) and Initiatives. Note that eligible project classification is as defined by the State and is not based on project costs.
